Art Director

Role Overview

Fynd Studio is looking for a hands-on Art Director with strong visual taste and expertise across visual art, graphic design, and video editing. You will own projects from brief to final delivery, combining creative judgment, execution speed, and confident brand communication.

Our entire production workflow is AI-native, making hands-on familiarity with generative image and video models such as Kling, Seedance, and comparable tools essential. The role requires someone who can translate ideas into polished, brand-aligned work, maintain high creative standards, and actively explore new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brand campaigns, films, and digital content.
• Translate briefs into moodboards, storyboards, and clear execution plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Create images and videos using AI models, selecting appropriate tools and refining outputs through references, prompting, and iteration.
• Direct composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual style while maintaining character, product, and brand consistency.
• Execute graphic design and video editing, shaping storytelling, pacing, typography, sound, and final finishing.
• Review and refine generated assets to ensure every deliverable meets creative and technical standards.
• Communicate directly with brands to clarify requirements, present creative decisions, and manage feedback.
• Manage multiple projects independently, balancing execution speed, attention to detail, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team, provide constructive feedback, and share effective production techniques.
• Explore emerging AI models and creative approaches to continually improve quality and efficiency.
