Role Overview:

Technical Solution Architect - 1/2 plays a critical role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. This role partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define solution architecture, guide implementation, and ensure technical decisions align with long-term platform strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements
• Develop solution architecture, integration patterns, and system design for complex initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, evaluate options, and recommend the best-fit technology approach
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards, security, scalability, and maintainability principles
• Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity
• Define integration strategies across applications, APIs, data platforms, and third-party systems
• Evaluate cloud technologies, infrastructure choices, and modern engineering practices to improve solution quality
• Document architecture decisions, technical specifications, and deployment considerations for cross-functional alignment

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 5-10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related technical roles
• Strong experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans

Preferred:

• Experience in enterprise architecture or platform modernization initiatives
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Experience working in product-led or fast-paced technology environments
• Relevant architecture or cloud certifications
