Role Overview:

The Agentic Delivery Manager - 2 will drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs as a Technical Program Manager. This role exists to ensure cross-functional alignment, strong stakeholder communication, and timely delivery of business and technical outcomes while applying coding knowledge and technical expertise to remove execution bottlenecks. The person will play a key role in translating strategy into action and ensuring programs are delivered with quality, clarity, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical programs and delivery milestones.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates, risks, and escalation paths.
• Apply technical knowledge and coding understanding to support delivery decisions and unblock engineering teams.
• Track program progress, manage issues and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of delivery risks.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to align on objectives, delivery commitments, and program governance.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to improve program execution and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in technical program management, delivery management, or related roles
• Hands-on experience managing complex technology programs across multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coding knowledge or technical background sufficient to understand and remove execution bottlenecks

Preferred:

• Experience in a technology or product-driven organization
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification
• Exposure to cloud, digital platforms, or enterprise software delivery
• Experience driving programs with distributed or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
