Senior Product Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Support the product team in defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features
• Gather and document business requirements, user needs, and product feedback
• Help write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist in managing the product backlog and keeping priorities aligned with business goals
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Help analyze product performance using data, customer feedback, and operational insights
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support user testing, feature validation, and release planning
• Ensure product documentation is kept up to date
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates clearly to internal teams

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a product, project, business analysis, operations, support, or similar role
• Strong interest in product management and digital products
• Good understanding of how software products are built and delivered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable gathering requirements and translating them into clear documentation
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a product career
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, or similar is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience working with data, reports, or dashboards
• Exposure to customer-facing systems, e-commerce, SaaS, or operational platforms
• Basic SQL or analytics knowledge is a bonus
