The Team

The Development Team at FlexTrade is a fast-growing team and a vital function of our business. We are a group of 'get it done' builders and visionaries who are client-focused and strategically minded.

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Golang.
• Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security through best engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular or React.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of modern software architectures and development processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and development efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Golang + Snowflake + MongoDB, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding and experience in shell scripting and database queries (RDMS/NoSQL).
• Experience in UNIX fundamentals, REST APIs, and understanding of the microservices concept.
• Must be able to see opportunities for improvement and meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
• Experience with RESTful APIs integration into frontend frameworks.

Skills - Must Have

• Excellent command over Golang + React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Nginx.
• Experience of working with shell scripts, TypeScript, and Ajax.
• Comfortable in converting UI Mock-ups into finished web apps (Angular/ReactJS & Redux/HTML/CSS).
• Should have an understanding of web standards & responsive web design.
• Good UI / UX sense and comfortable with responsive design.
• Software Product Development experience with Microservices architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in version control framework GIT/Bitbucket.

Good to Have

• Experience in ReactJS & Redux will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of using UI libraries like Material UI, PrimeFaces (Primeng, PrimeReact), Ag-grid, Bootstrap.
