Fullstack Developer

While we don’t expect expertise in every technology we use, we value strong fundamentals in JavaScript, web development, and an interest in AI-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components for web applications.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using modern AI/LLM APIs and automation tools.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Design and optimize database structures and queries for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop server-side logic, REST/GraphQL APIs, and backend services.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI models into applications.
• Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve software issues effectively.
• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, security, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to define and deliver project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and modern development practices.
• Take ownership of tasks with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Node.js
• React.js / Vue.js / Angular
• HTML5 & CSS3
• REST APIs & GraphQL
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• Version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies such as:
• OpenAI APIs / LLM integrations
• AI-assisted development workflows
• Prompt engineering basics
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience in Unit Testing,System Integration Testing,Performance & User Acceptance Testing,Testing frameworks such as Jasmine, xUnit, mocks, fakes, etc.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable application development, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, Vector Databases, RAG architecture, or AI workflow automation.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
