Technical Product Manager - RCM

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle. We’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth. Revenue cycle is where clinic economics are won or lost, and it is one of the most operationally painful parts of running a practice. We're hiring an RCM Product Manager to own that surface area end to end: eligibility, authorizations, and the EHR integrations that everything else depends on. This role reports directly to the CEO. You will own the roadmap for revenue cycle, work closely with Engineering to ship it, and stay close enough to real clinic workflows to know when a spec is wrong before it gets built. The right person has lived in revenue cycle long enough to know where the edge cases hide, and has the product instincts to decide what actually gets built.
