About the role
The Role
Flagler is hiring an Account Executive to win new business across MSK provider groups and specialty clinics. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role: you will build your own pipeline, run the sales process from first conversation to signed contract, and bring on the clinics that grow with our platform. You will work closely with sales leadership and marketing, and you will help shape how we sell as we scale past our Series B.
What You'll Do
-
Own the full sales cycle for new accounts, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
-
Build pipeline through your own outbound prospecting alongside inbound and marketing-sourced leads
-
Lead discovery conversations and tailored product demos
-
Guide buying groups through a complex healthcare purchase, building the business case and quantifying the value of moving to Flagler
-
Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals that meet quarterly and annual targets
-
Keep an accurate forecast and a clean pipeline so the team can plan against real numbers
-
Work with marketing, sales development, and product to move deals forward
-
Represent Flagler at industry conferences and events, and relay what you learn in the market to product and leadership
Required Qualifications
-
5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with a consistent record of meeting or beating quota
-
Experience carrying a revenue number on complex deals that involve several stakeholders and longer sales cycles
-
Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate a product into clear business value for different buyers
-
Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, and comfort working day to day in a CRM
-
Self-direction and strong organization, with a track record of performing in a remote role
-
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
-
Health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS sales experience (highly preferred)
-
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup (nice to have)
Compensation and location
-
Remote, within the United States
-
Base salary of $135,000 to $150,000, plus commission
