Job Purpose

• Handle customer queries through asynchronous chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through chat.
• Manage multiple chats efficiently.
• Follow banking policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper customer authentication.
• Take ownership of customer issues.
• Provide clear and complete information.
• Identify and support vulnerable and complaint customers.
• Escalate complex queries when required.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Achieve CSAT, productivity, and response time targets.

Skills Required

• Good written and verbal English.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple chats.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7).

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Banking or chat support experience is preferred.
