Manager, SMB Sales

What you'll do at Figma:

• Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success
• Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through a high velocity inbound and outbound sales motion
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team to support deal progression and coach in real time
• Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company
• Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
• 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience
• Experience leading, building, and growing successful, collaborative, and hard-working sales teams
• Consistent history of leading over-performing sales teams, with a track record of developing strong customer relationships and an emphasis on satisfaction
• Track record of navigating change effectively in a growing organization
• Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

• Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
• Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
