About the Role\nLead the mobile engineering charter for our credit platform products. You will be responsible not only for writing high-quality code, but also for leading a team, driving engineering excellence, handling mission-critical releases, and shaping the technical direction of our mobile applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced fintech environment where production incidents, regulatory timelines, and customer commitments demand quick decision-making and flawless execution.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of React Native applications for Android and iOS.\n- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions for credit and payments products.\n- Own business-critical mobile features from design through production rollout and post-release monitoring.\n- Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance, and career development.\n- Drive engineering best practices across architecture, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, observability, and release management.\n- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver customer-facing financial products with high reliability.\n- Take ownership of production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.\n- Participate in technical roadmap planning, sprint estimation, and execution tracking.\n- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and financial-domain standards for mobile applications.\n- Champion a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\n\n### AI-First Engineering Expectations\nWe strongly believe that modern engineering teams should leverage AI to improve productivity, quality, and speed.
