About the role
Job Description
Exxat is a US-headquartered SaaS company delivering a cloud-based education management platform for Health Sciences. Data plays a critical role in enabling decision-making, product intelligence, and measurable outcomes across the platform.
As Director – Data Science & Advanced Analytics, you will lead data science and advanced analytics initiatives across Exxat. This role focuses on enabling business impact through analytics, experimentation, and machine learning while building strong teams and scalable data capabilities.
Reports to: CTO
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for data science and advanced analytics initiatives
- Enable business impact and decision-making through analytics and insights
- Lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives
- Own data platform and analytics architecture in collaboration with technology teams
- Build and manage high-performing data science and analytics teams
- Drive experimentation and measurement frameworks
- Communicate insights and outcomes to executive stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related leadership roles
- Mandatory experience working in SaaS environments
- Strong technical foundation in data science and analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership, people management, and communication capabilities
