Associate Manager-BHR + Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and business-oriented Business HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with 8 plus years of experience to support end-to-end talent acquisition and HR business partnering activities. The role will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to attract, hire, develop, and retain talent while ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Conduct HR screening interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions, salary benchmarking, and candidate negotiations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and generate hiring reports and metrics.

Business HR Partnering

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Partner with business leaders to support on BAU
• Support performance management processes, goal setting, and annual review cycles.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with compensation review processes and market benchmarking.
• Partner with payroll, benefits, and compliance teams to resolve employee queries.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and recruitment governance standards.
• Assist with benefits administration management; i.e. benefit enrollments and terminations, monthly invoice reconciliation, and open enrollment processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Experience using ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-country workforces.
• Exposure to workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR automation tools, dashboards, or Power BI.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, equivalent) preferred.
