About the role
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and leading the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, & Centralized Ordering Teams – supporting the Distribution Center as well as all parts and supply planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support organizational goals to ensure on-time delivery of product
- Champion system utilization, best practices and consistency throughout the corporation.
- Be recognized as a T3 ERP and Looker Dashboard subject matter expert in their areas of responsibility.
- Provide analytical and direct support to Brand and NPD team
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for inventory reduction
- Responsible for contributing tonItem Master integrity, consistency and maintenance.
- Working cross functionally to recommend changes as needed to supplier terms
- Report and regularly communicate with leadership about any potential delivery obstacles including product development, production, shipping delays, etc.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities related to production and shipping
- Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning.
- Build strong working relationships with peers, global suppliers, and vendors.
- Partner closely with Demand planners and factories to ensure company sale requirements for products are met on a timely basis at optimum inventory level
- Ensure global replenishment is at target stock levels and quick turn around
- Push and pull the delivery schedule to ensure the company has the right product at the right place and the right time.
- Manage Parts & Consumable Supply Chain team daily activities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or similar discipline or at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain management
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team of direct reports
- Extensive experience in ERP &/or MSD-365; MS office applications
- ASCM/APICS or similar certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement experience/knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work outside of core business hours as required.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.
- Ability to move about the facility on a regular basis to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
- Visual and hearing acuity.
