Engineering Program Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Design solutions for customers based on engineering drawings and physical job walks
• Project management oversight of key initiatives and related projects
• Work collaboratively with EquipmentShare sales team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare’s capabilities to various customer audiences (Business Development)
• Trade Show support
• Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare technology
• Provide technical support internally and externally for our advanced panels and controls
• Assist in the development of fleet deployment to ensure the correct fleet mix for the verticals served in each market
• Create and execute special projects including automation and telemetry
• Travel, as needed, to meet the needs of the customer and supported branches

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical knowledge and capabilities of the fleet in the market, specifically HVAC, pumps, and/or generators
• Strong leadership skills and a record of assisting customers with specialized needs
• Working knowledge of computers and Google Suite programs
• Ability to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as required (around 50%-75% of the time)
• Ability to take initiative to improve customer service and experience in the field
• Experience in strategic planning, logistics and execution
• Ability to listen to a customer’s needs and drive solution based recommendations in order to tailor a jobsite to those needs for best customer experience
