About the role
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Receive communication from insurance companies regarding our clients’ policies and respond accordingly
- Provide courtesy notifications to clients whose premium payments are late
- Assist clients with servicing of existing policies, including:
- Beneficiary and ownership changes
- Bank changes
- Premium mode changes
- Duplicate policy requests
- Agent of Record changes
- Coverage reductions
- Over-age policy conversion
- Lapse and reinstatement
- Cancellation
- Death claims
- Update database to reflect policy changes and changes to client contact information
- Communicate with clients’ financial institutions and insurance companies to process collateral assignments of life insurance policies
- Process policy suspension due to military deployment and reinstatement from suspension
- Provide high-quality customer service to established clientele
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred Skills
- High-level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
