Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview:

The Temporary Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support for Medicare educational seminars during a 12-week assignment. This role coordinates schedules, materials, communications, and event details. The position does not sell, solicit, recommend, compare, or explain insurance plans or benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate seminar schedules, venues, vendors, room setup, technology, and event supplies.
• Manage registrations, attendee confirmation communications, calendars, and tracking records.
• Prepare approved seminar materials and provide administrative support before, during, and after each event.
• Refer all Medicare eligibility, coverage, plan, benefit, and enrollment questions to a licensed team member.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative, event coordination, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to handle personal information confidentially and follow established procedures.
