Human Resource Business Partner- Sales/ GTM

The Role

This is a Senior, high-trust seat partnering directly with Sales and GTM leadership. You will own the people strategy for the revenue organisation - org design, hiring plans, performance, compensation and culture - and you will be expected to lead, not support. The playbook is yours to write.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders as a true advisor on org design, headcount planning and talent strategy as the revenue org scales.
• Own compensation strategy for Sales and GTM: bands, incentives and offers that win top talent in a competitive market.
• Drive performance, calibration and leadership development across the revenue organisation.
• Build the culture and operating rhythm of a high-performing, high-ownership GTM team.
• Bring data and AI-first thinking to every people decision you make.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of experience, with meaningful time as an HRBP for Sales/GTM or business teams.
• You have thrived at a high-growth, fast-paced startup or company and know what scaling a revenue org actually takes.
• You know the Sales/GTM talent market - where the talent sits, what it takes to attract it, and what it costs.
• You bring real depth on compensation strategy, incentives and org design for revenue teams.
• Tech-savvy and AI-first, with the judgment and common sense to act when the answer is not in a policy.
