About the Role
The Administrative Production Assistant partners with the Studio Team to support the delivery of high-quality health education video content. This role focuses primarily on production administration, including script management, document organization, database maintenance, and supporting cross-functional studio operations. The position works closely with the Head of Content and teams across the studio to ensure content assets, documentation, and workflows remain accurate, organized, and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Conform scripts after video releases
- Create and manage task manager (currently Asana) tasks for ongoing video projects
- Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks
- Create and properly store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff
- Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents
- Update databases as needed
- Partner with the Client Services team to send review script sets to clients
- Create or update TOCs, draft video release communications, maintain digital asset systems, support studio requests, and submit award nominations
Requirements
- Experience supporting the administrative side of video production or relevant education background in Film Production or related field of study
- Knowledge of film/video production and content creation workflows
- Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
- Familiarity with Dropbox; experience or familiarity with Adobe DAM is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with healthcare, medical, or patient education content experience considered a plus
