Job Description
About the role
We're looking for an Experiential Graphic Designer to join our in house creative team. You'll support graphic design elements across our global experiential marketing, from small to mid scale activations through to Summits, as well as general brand graphic design work as needed. Projects span Trade Show event booths, environmental graphics, and a growing number of regional pop ups, with an ambitious growth plan into 2027 across more events and regions.
You'll work closely with the Creative Direction lead for Experiences & Events, translating brand and creative direction into graphics that hold up across very different local and regional contexts, while keeping the high bar for how ElevenLabs shows up in the world. You'll need to think in materiality and space, how graphics sit on different surfaces, how they interact with architecture, lighting, and movement through a room, to create a full experience rather than a flat graphic applied to a wall.
Requirements
- Proven design credentials with a strong conceptual foundation, and experience taking projects from concept through design to delivery
- A spatial eye, with understanding of spatial and architectural principles, and genuine interest in how graphics combine with materiality and physical space to create experience
- Advanced in the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
- A strong interest in AI, and confidence using it as part of your design process
- Ability to advocate for your ideas, connect across departments, and take ownership of planning and timescales to deliver high quality work
Your day to day will include
- Working across global projects, bringing concepts to life and working independently
- Projects ranging from simple tradeshow booth graphics through to environmental graphics and art direction across large experiential projects
- Developing a design language across projects, evolving it across applications, environments, and the broader channel mix
- Contributing to ideation with the wider brand team
- Clearly presenting your thinking to internal teams and partners
- Delegating tasks to junior designers, artworkers, or external partners when working with you on a project
- Creating artwork ready files where required
