Job Description
.NET Technical Lead (PM/SPM) is a senior role responsible for:
- Leading .NET-based software development teams
- Driving technical architecture and solution design
- Managing end-to-end project delivery
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams They combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft .NET stack with project/program management skills to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of applications.

- Technical Leadership Responsibilities
- Define technical architecture and design using .NET, C#, APIs, and microservices
- Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and frameworks
- Review code, solution design, and architecture decisions
- Solve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges
- Ensure security, data protection, and system reliability
- Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud, DevOps, automation)
- Project / Program Management Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Create project plans, estimations, and resource allocation
- Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
