Process Manager

Job Description:

The Process Manager – FCC Transformation & Business Analysis will spearhead strategic initiatives within the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Operational Excellence team. Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, you will bridge business and technology, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure delivery of high‑impact projects that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes across the Client Lifecycle Management landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Lead transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality and customer outcomes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design scalable business solutions.
• Gather and document functional requirements, create BRDs, process flows, user stories and specifications.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, define plans, monitor milestones and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings, track actions and provide executive updates and management reports.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Technology and Product stakeholders.
• Drive change management, business adoption and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify and champion automation, AI and digital tools to enhance process efficiency.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and Transformation professionals, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Represent the FCC Transformation function in senior forums, influencing decisions and ensuring continuity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline.
• 9–14 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Lifecycle Management or Financial Services.
• Proven track record in transformation, business analysis and strategic change initiatives.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in Agile or project‑based environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform and AI‑enabled productivity tools (preferred).
• Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions and PEP screening.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies: strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, executive communication, decision making and coaching.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex initiatives and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
