Job Description:
- Lead resolution of escalated user problems, ensuring accountability and timely closure.
- Mentor Analysts, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain and optimize IT asset inventory with compliance visibility.
- Oversee tracking systems to identify recurring failures, propose process improvements, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Own integrity of network, server deployment, and enterprise security posture.
- Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, and cloud integrations.
- Prepare escalation communication and compliance documentation for audits and stakeholder review.
- Strong communication skills: precise email writing, professional escalation notes, and audit-ready documentation.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage US shift escalations and cross-regional coordination.
- Strategic contribution: participate in IT roadmaps, hardware refresh planning, and risk assessments.
