Responsibilities:
- Build and own scalable backend services and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and ship features.
- Drive reliability, performance, and security in production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in one or more of Python, Java, Go, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with modern CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
