Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain constructive partnerships between management, employees, and workmen to promote organizational unity.
• Guarantee full compliance with all relevant labor legislation, statutory mandates, and governmental regulations.
• Manage the resolution of employee and workmen grievances, oversee disciplinary proceedings, and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Oversee the deployment of contract labor, ensuring contractor adherence, accurate attendance tracking, wage administration, and proper statutory documentation.
• Facilitate factory inspections, labor department audits, and the maintenance of all required registers, returns, and official records.
• Assist in manpower planning, monitor absenteeism trends, and enforce workforce discipline.
• Execute programs designed to enhance employee morale, improve retention rates, and sustain workplace harmony.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Administration, Security, Payroll, Human Resources, and Legal departments.
