Acting as a forward-deployed subject matter expert, they embed directly with litigators at law firms to configure, validate, and optimize the DISCO Unified Litigation Solution. They drive core product adoption, and translate field observations into scalable software and go-to-market playbooks.
What You'll Do

- Playbook & Enablement Development: Codifies hands-on customization into reusable workflow templates, prompt patterns, practice-area playbooks, and enablement materials for broader account team usage.
- Strategic Deal & Expansion Support: Partners with executive leadership and sales teams as the technical and domain expert on early-stage deals, firm expansion efforts, and multi-practice group adoption.

- Familiarity with scripting or APIs (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or hands-on experimentation with agent frameworks and tool protocols.
Even Better If You Have…
- Litigation Workflow Engineering: Mastery of cause-of-action mapping, factual chronologies, and evidence analysis within litigation practice.
- AI System Architecture & Diagnostics: Fluent understanding of retrieval systems, agentic tools, prompt patterns, and model operations.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Ability to manage and influence cross-functional partners and skeptical law firm stakeholders without formal authority.
- Product-Led Field Execution: Ability to operate effectively in early-stage, ambiguous environments with minimal structured playbooks.
