About the role
Position Summary
Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the middle of our identity security platform: the inventory of identities and resources, the service that decides when two accounts belong to the same person, and the graph that traces where that person can go. Correlation is the part customers feel most directly, since someone holding six accounts across three clouds should show up once. The same role owns how this data leaves the team, through stable resource identifiers, a change feed, and contracts other products build against. What this layer publishes is what the authorization layer reads when it decides who gets access in the moment. You will work closely with graph engineering, data science, and the product teams that depend on this data.
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver the identity graph and the correlation service that resolve scattered accounts into one person or one AI agent, and answer what that identity can reach.
-
Own the inventory and resource explorer that other Delinea products read from, including the coverage and freshness they depend on.
-
Settle how effective access is computed and where that computation lives, so a permission granted three different ways through nested groups still means one thing to every consumer reading it.
-
Publish contracts, schemas, and a change feed for this team's data, and make schema drift fail the build.
-
Define latency and consistency classes for graph queries, and say plainly which answers belong nowhere near a request path.
-
Bring the correlation and graph stores running today into a converged plan, with the teams that operate them.
-
Prove that a replacement data path returns what the path before it returned, before anything switches over to it.
-
Sit with the product teams that read this data, and design services they can adopt without a custom integration.
-
Keep tenant isolation intact across a data set that spans every customer, and control access to the queries that cross it.
-
Track how many teams onboard to these contracts each quarter, and push API-first design so other teams can integrate on their own.
Skills & Requirements
-
Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
-
Domain Expertise: Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
-
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training. Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems.
-
Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
-
Security Sensibility: Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
-
Product Delivery: Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle.
-
Open Source/Customer Product Experience: Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
-
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.
Preferred
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-
Experience working with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
-
Experience engaging with open source or technical user communities.
