Global Head of Real Estate and Workplace

This is a player-coach role responsible for end-to-end real estate and workplace management, including site selection, leases, buildouts, facilities operations, and playbook creation across multiple locations. Requirements include end-to-end ownership of at least one office buildout, travel, lease negotiation experience, construction and vendor management, permitting and safety knowledge, and experience with events or brand moments in spaces. The role emphasizes translating executive vision into site programs, occupancy forecasting, and creating scalable operating standards and budget ownership for the workplace and real estate function.
