Head of Workplace Services

The Head of Workplace will lead Decagon’s global workplace strategy and operations, ensuring our physical environments scale in step with our growth. You will oversee real estate and expansion projects, manage a team of office leaders, and build the systems that keep our spaces running with precision and purpose. This role requires equal parts strategy and execution. You will shape Decagon’s long-term workplace vision, from how we design and open new offices to how we evolve our day-to-day operations, ensuring every detail reflects the company’s values and pace. As a senior leader, you will partner closely with People, Finance, IT and the executive team to deliver world-class spaces that enable collaboration, drive productivity and embody Decagon’s culture of excellence.
