Media Adtech Solution Architect

Summary: The Solution Architect plays a key role in solution delivery by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap. He/She serves as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet project goals. With a good understanding of various technologies and Media, Advertising, Marketing business functions, the solution architect works closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business and supports the growth and evolution into the future.

Technical and Professional Requirements: We are seeking an experienced Workfront Lead/Architect with expertise in Adobe Workfront to lead the solution architecture, enterprise integration, and strategic design of enterprise work management solutions. This role is responsible for defining scalable architecture, establishing governance standards, and ensuring Adobe Workfront aligns with broader enterprise technology and business transformation objectives.

Mandatory

• Prior lead experience within an IT environment preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:
  • 3 years in a senior-level role
  • 5+ years’ experience in Adtech, Media or Martech domains
  • 2+ years’ experience as implementation/developer role
• Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen etc
• Proven project and process management skillset
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions

Preferred

• Experience into AdTech & MarTech Domain

Job Responsibilities

• Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions.
• Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
• Research and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of opportunity, and future recommendations.
• Work with leadership team for thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, blogs and community involvement.
• Ensure that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
