About the role
Role Overview:\nCresta is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO to own and evolve our website as a high-performing growth engine. This person will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cresta.com — driving organic traffic, improving conversion rates, and turning the website into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, design, operations, and external agency partners to deliver a best-in-class web experience while building scalable processes for experimentation, localization, analytics, and site governance. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Cresta shows up to prospects, customers, and the market.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n- Own website strategy and roadmap, ensuring Cresta.com evolves alongside the growth of the business and marketing organization.\n- Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline.\n- Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan.\n- Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work.\n- Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards.\n- Elevate website quality through improvements to messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience.\n- Lead website localization efforts, partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and establish scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion.\n- Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems.\n- Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance, administration, and competitive positioning.\n\n### Qualifications:\n- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS\n- Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution\n- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.\n- Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies\n- Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.\n- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization\n- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills\n- High attention to detail and strong sense of quality for web experiences and brand presentation\n\n### Preferred Qualifications:\n- Industry-specific experience or hypergrowth scale-up experience\n\n### Perks & Benefits:\nWe offer a comprehensive and people-first benefits package to support you at work and in life:\n- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with plans to fit you and your family\n- Flexible PTO to take the time you need, when you need it\n- Paid parental leave for all new parents welcoming a new child\n- Retirement savings plan to help you plan for the future\n- Remote work setup budget to help you create a productive home office\n- Monthly wellness and communication stipend to keep you connected and balanced\n- In-office meal program and commuter benefits provided for onsite employees\n\n### Compensation at Cresta:\nCresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.\n\nCompensation for this position includes a Base Salary + Equity.\nBase Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00\nActual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
