Data Scientist

Data Scientist – ML & GenAI role description: design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions addressing key business priorities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform business operations through predictive intelligence, automation, NLP, and GenAI-powered solutions. Responsibilities include advanced AI/ML & GenAI development (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, LLM), AI productization, end-to-end model development (data prep, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring), stakeholder collaboration, model governance & optimization, and knowledge leadership. The candidate should have strong academic background in CS/DS/Statistics/Engineering, hands-on experience with ML solutions across classification/regression/time series/NLP/GenAI, experience with prompt engineering and GenAI architectures, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, pandas), production deployment via APIs/pipelines, familiarity with tools like DataRobot, exposure to MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, experiment tracking), strong communication and collaboration skills, passion for innovation, and willingness to travel (50%).
