You’ll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure that our AI-driven platforms are secure, scalable, and continuously available. You will set the direction for DevOps strategy, mentor engineers, and drive a culture of automation and operational excellence.\nWhat makes you right for this role\nDevOps Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure.\nCloud Infrastructure Management – Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.\nAutomation at Scale – Drive end-to-end automation for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.\nReliability Engineering – Champion observability, incident response, and performance tuning across all production environments.\nContinuous Improvement – Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.\nCollaboration – Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure smooth releases and high availability.\nThe person you’re\nProven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment.\nStrong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).\nDeep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud-native architectures.\nHands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).\nStrong background in networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.\nPassionate about automation, reliability, and enabling developer productivity.\nBased in Chennai with the ability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions.\nCrayon Data Tech Stack AWS | Azure | GCP | Kubernetes | Docker | Terraform | Jenkins | Prometheus | Grafana | ArgoCD
