About the role:

As Product Manager & Architect, Enablement Experiences, you will define and own the enablement platforms vision, strategy, architecture, and execution for one unified Cornerstone University experience. This role is based in India, with teammates based in global geographic hubs. Weekday hours require flexing to provide overlap with members in EMEA and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the platform vision and multi-year roadmap for the Cornerstone University ecosystem.
• Map the current customer learning landscape and identify friction, fragmentation, duplication, or unnecessary cost.
• Run continuous product discovery with customers, partners, Customer Success, Services, and Support.
• Lead build vs. buy vs. partner decisions and platform vendor strategy.
• Define the target-state architecture and standards for the learning ecosystem.
• Lead the strategy, design, and build of AI-powered experiences across Cornerstone University and Community.
• Own and drive integrations between the learning ecosystem, Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Own the certification and credentialing platform infrastructure, including proctored exams, digital badges, and renewal flows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in learning technology, customer education, or enterprise SaaS platforms, including significant time as a platform owner, product manager, or architect.
• Proven ownership of a multi-platform learning ecosystem.
• Product management depth: discovery, prioritization, road mapping, business cases, build vs. buy decisions, and adoption metrics.
• Deep integration experience across learning systems and Salesforce CRM, including REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, SSO (SAML/OIDC), data syncs, and learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, LTI).
• Hands-on expertise with at least one enterprise or customer education LMS, preferably Cornerstone, or Skilljar, Docebo, Thought Industries, Intellum, Absorb, or similar.
• AI shipped in production: designed and delivered at least one AI-powered experience (e.g., agents, RAG-based answers, or AI workflows) used by real users.

Strongly Preferred:

• Experience integrating online community platforms (Gainsight preferred), including SSO, data, and how learning and community intersect.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Integration Architect).
