Director, Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Corcept’s HRBP support model includes the role traditionally done by HRBP as well as other HR specialized functions to support Executive Team members and their teams
• Work with Sr Director on executing Corcept’s Learning and Development plan including design, delivery and assessment
• Ensure employee population is aware of and participating in HR initiatives including but not limited to the company’s performance management process
• Recommend, develop and implement Human Resources policies and ensure compliance with all U.S. EEO, employment, benefits, and wage-hour laws
• Facilitate conflict resolution and handle employee relations as well as termination issues

• Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BA or higher
• Minimum 10 years Human Resources management experience
• Experience developing, implementing and administering HR programs in an HRBP role or as part of an HR specialization
• Demonstrated pharmaceutical industry experience with a comprehensive understanding of drug development and the clinical trial lifecycle
