About the role
Role: Finance Specialist
Qualifications:
- CA / MBA Finance / equivalent qualification.
- 7-10 yrs experience.
- Relevant experience in managing R2R operations and leading teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end R2R processes, including general ledger management, period-end closing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure robust internal controls, financial compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
- Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and best practices within the finance function.
- Compliance to India and US Laws.
- Mentor and lead a team of financial professionals to deliver excellence.
