About the role
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare and maintain HR reporting, data entry, record keeping and analysis, as directed by the CPO or HR generalists
- Assist the HR generalists in onboarding new hires
- Complete I-9 forms and verify I-9 documentation
- Schedule all exit interviews
- Support data tracking related to performance reviews
- Maintain active and terminated employee files according to regulatory requirements
- Assist or lead ad hoc HR special projects in partnership with the CPO and/or HR Generalists
- Work with an incredible team who is passionate about what they do and willing to teach and train
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Critical attention to detail while multitasking
- A flexible, positive and proactive mindset that flourishes in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong to Advanced Excel and technical skills, and comfort managing spreadsheets and data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for HR and problem solving
- Experience working in G Suite by Google (Gmail, Google Calendars, Google Sheets)
