Position Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 2-3 years of relevant Salesforce experience who has strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience supporting Salesforce projects from requirements gathering through delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Delivery teams to understand business requirements, translate them into Salesforce solutions, and support successful project delivery. The candidate should also have a strong interest in technical writing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients, internal Solution Architects, Product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA deliverables.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for Salesforce Consultants and Developers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation for Salesforce projects.
• Document Salesforce configurations, business processes, workflows, integrations, and solution approaches.
• Translate complex Salesforce concepts into clear and easy-to-understand business and technical documentation.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, requirement summaries, solution overviews, and user guides.
• Review and maintain documentation for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness.
• Develop reusable documentation templates and project knowledge assets.
• Support preparation of technical content for proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and client-facing materials when required.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar Salesforce-focused BA role.
• Strong hands-on understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certification(s), preferably Salesforce Certified Administrator (highly preferred), Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred), or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Experience working with Salesforce Delivery/Implementation teams.
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard platform capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills, or a strong interest in developing technical writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Salesforce consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementation and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project/documentation tools.
• Experience creating client-facing presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Knowledge of public-sector or regulated-industry Salesforce projects is an advantage.
