Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for a Product Marketing leader to drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for CleverTap’s products and solutions. This role will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, acting as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the product externally. You will translate customer and market insights into differentiated product narratives, strengthen sales effectiveness, and identify opportunities to drive pipeline, win rates, and growth across key segments and verticals.
What will you do :
-
Market & Field Intelligence
-
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitors using AI-assisted monitoring
-
Maintain competitive battlecards and sales intelligence, including patterns from AI-surfaced call data
-
Bridge field and product teams so market feedback shapes product strategy
-
Positioning & Sales Enablement
-
Define positioning, messaging, and narratives for our ICPs and buyer personas
-
Produce sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, ROI tools) — use AI to speed up drafts, own the final accuracy and strategy
-
Equip and train sales to improve win rates and deal velocity
-
Vertical Strategy & Demand Generation
-
Own GTM for your vertical(s): TAM, TAL, segmentation, and high-potential use cases, using AI/analytics tools to model and stress-test assumptions
-
Partner with digital marketing on campaigns for pipeline generation
-
Senior Leadership Engagement on High-Value Deals
-
Prep senior leadership for key customer conversations: briefing docs, talking points, anticipated objections
-
Advise leadership on how to frame our value proposition on the deals that matter most
What are we looking for?
Must Have :
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, GTM Strategy, Management Consulting, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Technology.
- Strong experience in product positioning, messaging, storytelling, GTM strategy, and sales enablement.
- Proven track record of working closely with Sales and Product teams to drive pipeline, win rates, adoption, or revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys, complex sales cycles, ICP definition, segmentation, TAM/TAL, and vertical strategy.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market, customer, competitive, and sales data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present compelling narratives to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, content development, and day-to-day marketing execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong bias for ownership and execution.
Good to Have :
- Experience in MarTech, Customer Engagement, CRM, CDP, Analytics, AI, or adjacent technology domains.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products and complex technology solutions.
- Experience supporting strategic enterprise deals and executive-level customer conversations.
- Experience building vertical-specific GTM strategies and demand generation programs.
- Experience with AI-powered market intelligence, call intelligence, or analytics platforms.
- Experience working across multiple geographies and markets.
Measures of Success :
- Improvement in product positioning, messaging clarity, and differentiation across priority segments and verticals.
- Growth in pipeline contribution and conversion from product marketing-led GTM initiatives.
- Improvement in sales win rates, deal velocity, and sales productivity through effective enablement.
- Adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement assets, playbooks, battlecards, and training programs.
- Successful GTM launches and expansion into priority products, verticals, use cases, and market segments.
- Strong adoption of market and competitive intelligence across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Quality and impact of strategic deal support provided to Sales and senior leadership.
- Effective use of AI and analytics to improve the speed, scale, and quality of product marketing execution.
