Solutions Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an intern for our Solutions Engineering team. You will wear different hats:

• Supporting Customers, troubleshooting issues
• Helping improve internal Support tools and Documentation
• Working on customizing and implementing the product for Customers.
• Work closely with Engineering to address customer feedback & requirements
• As a small tightly knit firm - you will and work directly with the Founders and Engineers in shaping the product, and with Support and Customer Success teams in delivering a great overall customer experience and journey.

Time-Period & Conversion to Full-Time Role

The internship can be for 4-6 months. Conversion to a full-time role maybe available based on individual performance and company requirements at the completion of the internship.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is hands-on with technology, someone who can handle a hectic startup schedule and enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for making them successful.

• Must have or be working towards a Bachelors in Engineering

• Must have experience in programming and building software as part of coursework

• Passion and aptitude in for high levels of customer interactions

• Solid knowledge of key concepts in Cloud Computing, SaaS and Security

• Comfortable working late IST hours with worldwide customers

• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, logs, and basic troubleshooting of SaaS platforms

• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude/Cursor to build/enhance Internal software tools

• The following are bonuses:

• Degree in Computer Science (enrolled or completed)

• Excellent skills in making and delivering effective presentations and demos

• Technical writing skills, demonstrated experience writing technical explainer blogs

We will need a few rounds to check for mutual fit. Roughly:

• Screening: A short AI-assisted conversation to assess your technical expertise and experience
• Technical Round: To understand ability to troubleshoot and debug problems and find solutions.
