Inside Sales Specialist

About the role:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Ciklum is a leading global product engineering and digital services company that unites 4000+ seasoned professionals globally on various projects in healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls, email and Linkedin campaigns to the targeted list of prospects (ICP)
• Pitch Ciklum value proposition for consulting & digital engineering work to companies in the North American region
• Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/Digital Engineering services and schedule conference calls
• Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
• Regular follow-ups with prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest in our services
• Coordinate with the technical team to schedule pre-sales discussions and ensure smooth communication between prospect and sales team
• Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM
• Represent Ciklum with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communication

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of inside sales or sales development experience on international level (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably IT services or software business
• Clear and polished written and spoken communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
• Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools
• Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a plus
