About the role

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:

  • Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
  • Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
  • Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy

Compensation & Incentives

  • Earn a base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month), and a $15,000 signing bonus.
