Job Description
Certified Team Lead in Salesforce Products with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Ability to interact with client to understand business process and requirements.
- Presales Technical Support on RFP.
- Desire to implement best practice solutions with hands-on
- Should have hands on experience Salesforce lightning Experience including experience in building salesforce custom lightning web components, Lightning Pages, lightning App Builder and ability to collaborate with UI/UX teams for designing and implementing visually appealing, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience in integration (Soap/ REST).
- Experience desired in using data migration with data loading tools.
- Skills in JavaScript.
- Must have Strong experience in using Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, batch process, Apex test classes, Async Apex, Flows, Approval Process, Reports and Dashboards
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
- Good to have exposure to work in Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- User training and creating training materials
- Ability to learn Salesforce Education, Not For Profit and Marketing Cloud
