Must be technically credible to lead teams of world-class software engineers.\n\nAll candidates applying should have:\n- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field (from only product based companies)\n- Strong experience with Microservice architecture\n- Experience to lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions within the team.\n- Experience in partnering with the product management team.\n- Experience in the integration domain (Good to have)\n- Experience in developing products which handle large data sets\n- Experience in working on SaaS Solutions is an added advantage.\n- Solid foundation in computer science with strong competency in\n- Data structures and algorithms\n- Design principles\n- Software design (HLD,LLD)\n- Performance/scalability\n- Hands on experience in the following tech stack:\n- Node JS (is a plus / expertise in any other programming language would work)\n- MongoDB\n- Python\n- Amazon AWS\n- Apache Kafka \n</n>
