Project Controller

Position Summary

Become an integral part of a team dedicated to serving our CMS client. In this role, you will leverage your extensive project management, client relationship, and risk management skills to lead federal project delivery for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients in a fully remote model.

You will manage audit, compliance, and performance oversight engagements with distributed teams, strict regulatory timelines, and high visibility to senior federal leadership. You will serve as the Broadway Ventures interface with government Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct a team on project deliverables
• Provide communication to the COR via monthly progress reports, CFM reporting, and quarterly executive briefings
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans for all supported contracts
• Conduct monthly and bi-weekly status meetings with government stakeholders via Microsoft Teams and CMS-approved platforms
• Oversee deliverable reviews, invoice reconciliation, and performance monitoring across multiple time zones
• Coordinate remotely with Contracting Officers (COs), CORs, and agency program leadership on daily execution, monthly progress reporting, and ad-hoc senior-level requests
• Audit participation: engage in audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations, using critical thinking to evaluate processes
• Mentor and train new claims processors as needed
