Associate Product Designer

What is the team & role about?

We are seeking a Junior Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate is eager to grow at every stage of the design process, excited to use AI to design and build faster, and always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members, and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

What you will do?

• Collaborate with teammates across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features.
• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation.
• Use AI tools to explore ideas and move to high-fidelity quickly, and experiment with vibe-coding prototypes to test concepts in the real product.
• Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Bright Money's brand and design system standards.
• Participate in user interviews and research to better understand customer needs.
• Stay curious about how the best AI products are evolving their UI/UX, and bring those learnings into your work.
• Contribute thinking to product features and the roadmap.
• Contribute to and positively shape the design team's culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.
