What is the team & role about?
Lead and scale engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver scalable distributed systems in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
- Coach engineering leads and managers.
- Drive scalable architecture and platform strategy.
- Lead delivery of distributed, data-heavy systems.
- Partner with Product, ML, Infrastructure and Business.
- Own planning, execution, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ideal candidate profile looks like?
Experience & Background
- 10+ years engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
- Experience building distributed/data-heavy systems.
- Strong architecture, platformization, and developer tooling expertise.
- Experience with budgeting, TCO, and resource planning.
- Experience productionizing ML/DS models preferred.
