Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, API integration, and service-oriented architecture.
- Working knowledge of JBPM workflow design, implementation, and deployment.
- Experience in creating business processes, workflows, and approval flows using JBPM.
- Knowledge of BPM concepts including process orchestration and business rule implementation.
- Strong experience with relational databases and query optimization.
- Familiarity with design patterns, coding standards, and software development best practices.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications.
- Develop high-quality code using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of JBPM workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize JBPM processes, task management workflows, and approval mechanisms.
- Participate in application design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- Troubleshoot application and workflow-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives for streamlined application deployment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver quality software solutions.
