Responsibilities\n- Run discovery workshops and meetings to understand client business and technical requirements across integration, API management, and automation use cases. Capture feedback to guide solution design and monitor client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.\n- Design tailored solutions using Boomi Data Integration, Cloud API Management, and Boomi's AI capabilities (including agentic and GenAI-powered automation), and bring them to life through prototypes and demos that map directly to client workflows. Ensure every solution aligns with industry best practices for integration, API governance, and data management.\n- Act as the platform expert across the full Boomi Enterprise Platform — Integration & Automation, Data Integration, APIM, MDM/Data Hub, and AI/Agent capabilities — advising clients on how to fully leverage the platform. Mentor junior consultants on solution design, lead technical discussions with stakeholders, and stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven integration and API strategy to keep Boomi's positioning sharp against the competition.\n- Bridge technical and business conversations, translating complex concepts (API management, AI orchestration, integration architecture) into language non-technical stakeholders can act on. Gather stakeholder feedback to inform product improvement, and run regular status updates to keep deals and projects moving.\n\n### Requirements and skills\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Maths or a related field\n- Certification in Boomi or a similar enterprise integration/iPaaS platform\n- Significant enterprise solution consulting or pre-sales\n- Experience working with business process automation, integration, and data management\n- Working knowledge of API management concepts (design, gateway/proxy patterns, security, lifecycle) — hands-on Boomi CAM/APIM experience a strong plus\n- Familiarity with how AI/GenAI is being applied to integration and automation (e.g. AI-assisted mapping, agentic workflows, intelligent document/data processing)\n- Significant experience in a client-facing technical role\n- Proven ability to design, optimize, and demo workflows and solution architectures\n- Experience running technical workshops and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences\n- Track record mentoring junior consultants and leading technical stakeholder conversations\n- Demonstrated business transformation impact — solutions that measurably increased efficiency or revenue\n- Ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion\n- Strong history of client satisfaction and long-term engagement\n\n### Bonus points if you have:\n- French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or German language skills\n- Experience in value-based selling\n- Software engineering / development background\n- Exposure to API management platforms (e.g. Apigee, MuleSoft Anypoint, Azure APIM) or AI/LLM-based automation tooling\n- Genuine enthusiasm for shaping the digital transformation of large organisations through integration, APIM, and AI\n\n#LI-RS1
