The Sunburn Festival, Sunburn Reload, Sunburn Arena and Sunburn Campus formats have enabled a wide geographical and demographic reach pan India and abroad.

Sunburn secured the #8 spot on DJ Mag's prestigious 'Top 100 Festivals in 2025' list alongside top music festivals globally.

Your Profile

• Plan and execute Sunburn Campus shows across India, from conceptualisation to final closure.
• Identify and secure partnerships with colleges, universities, student councils, and festival organisers to expand Sunburn Campus's presence.
• Develop event proposals, commercial plans, and concepts; negotiate budgets, artist fees, sponsorships, and revenue-sharing models.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management and key stakeholders to drive recurring partnerships.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Digital, PR, Ticketing, and Production teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, on-ground execution, and post-event closures.
• Travel across India for college meetings, site visits, and event execution.

Your Checklist

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organisational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, develop commercial proposals, and build long-term partnerships.
• Understanding of event marketing, branding, ticketing, production, and sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for college meetings, site visits, and event execution.
